Cajun Caviar Dip:
1 can black beans
1 can blackeyed peas
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can shoepeg corn
6 bunches green onion (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
8 oz zesty Italian dressing -
refrigerate overnight
Cream Cheese Bars:
2 packages 8 oz cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup sugar
2 packages of cresant rolls (tube)
1 tube down on 9x13 pan
mix filling and add
2nd tube on top
bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes
